AmerenUE
Shoreline Facilities Field Verification
Trailhead GIS has developed an application to assist AmerenUE field teams in the capture of data collected during on-site field inspections at the Lake of the Ozarks. Field Crews using a Personal Desktop Assistant (PDA, Hand Held) device are surveying and inspecting all lake shoreline facilities to identify and document their status and condition. Trailhead GIS, using ESRI's ArcPad software, loaded property and facilities map data and designed and implemented a custom forms interface for the update and verification of the associated data. In addition, Trailhead GIS created and delivered a custom map atlas of the inspection areas assigned to the field teams. The maps atlases are comprised of over 350 public land survey sections. Updates to the map data are transferred from the PDA to the Trailhead GIS web server and available to AmerenUE via a custom web based GIS application.

Shoreline Facilities GIS Project - Data Maintenance
Trailhead GIS is currently under contract to continuously update and integrate facility permit data and County based property data for the Lake of the Ozarks Shoreline Facilities GIS (SFGIS). The SFGIS encompasses over 320 square miles, containing approximately 30,000 parcels with 22,000 shoreline improvements such as boat docks, ramps, and sea walls. Trailhead GIS is currently providing a support function to the AmerenUE Real Estate Department by performing all updates and maintenance functions for the property data set as provided by the Counties, adding and modifying all shoreline facilities from the newly issued or transferred permits. All data updates are accessible to AmerenUE via a custom web based GIS application.
