Mr. Short has over 13 years GIS and mapping experience using ESRI GIS software products. He has held Management positions in consulting companies and local government, and has lead the definition, architecture, and implementation of multiple GIS projects. He also has 5 years experience with web applications for ASP services, e-commerce, web hosting, Oracle, and SQL Server.
